Linh spent 14 years in the financial services industry building a very successful career as a corporate recruiter.  At the same time, she was deeply passionate about health and wellness, filling her time outside of the office at the gym, competing in sports, doing yoga, eating healthy, and looking for ways to bring balance into her bustling life.  It occurred to her that she was not alone in this journey; that many of the people around her also had the desire to live active, healthy lives, but they just didn’t know how to make the change or fit it into their lifestyles.  Driven by this revelation and her love for empowering others, Linh went on to obtain her Personal Trainer certification from Canfitpro, 230 hours of Yoga Teacher Training, and then her Registered Holistic Nutritionist designation from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, graduating with honours.

Now an aspiring nutritionist, Linh’s work is grounded in the principle that a vibrant, healthy lifestyle can be achieved by everyone – starting with the foods we eat.  Her mission is to help her clients make smart food choices so that they can live everyday full of life and energy.  Through one-on-one coaching sessions, Linh works with her clients to understand their health goals, lifestyle, and dietary habits, and then develops a personal wellness plan tailored specifically to their needs.

Linh is committed to wellness both professionally and personally.  She is a yoga enthusiast, runner, and P90X survivor.  After identifying the need to heal herself from symptoms of poor digestion, dysbiosis, inflammation, acne, and insomnia, she now adopts a diet that is free of gluten, dairy, and refined sugar.  She is an advocate for eating and living responsibly, supporting sustainable agriculture and programs that minimize our carbon footprint.

Linh cares about the well-being of others, and takes a personal interest in the success of her clients.  She is dedicated to helping people eat better, become healthier, and live longer.  That’s why she has made it her mission to show everyone that eating healthy is easy and that nutritious foods can be delicious; all you need is an open mind, and the willingness to learn how to make the foods you love better for you.

Always Current. The world of health and nutrition is constantly evolving.  Linh makes it a priority to stay abreast of developing research, emerging trends, and new product offerings to ensure that she brings her clients the latest information to help them create a dynamic and balanced lifestyle. She believes that eating well and living active is accessible to everyone, and does her part to make sure it is, by offering tips and advice through her blog and e-newsletter.
